Our Story

Taiko started with four friends who wanted to make something of their own.


The name, and our first collection, were shaped by Japanese influence and the visual references we were naturally drawn to early on. That was the starting point for the brand.

But Taiko was never meant to stay in one lane.

We created it as a space to experiment with fashion, ideas, and everything that inspires us. Each collection can take from different influences, different moods, and different parts of our taste.

We did not start with a perfect plan. We started because we wanted something beyond work and routine. Something creative, something personal, and something we could build together.

Taiko is still evolving, and that is part of the point.
