Return Policy (30 Days)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned:

In the same condition as received

Unworn beyond trying on for fit, unused, and unwashed

With all original tags attached

In its original packaging

With the receipt or proof of purchase
Try-on is allowed. You may try items on briefly to assess fit and style, similar to how you would in a store.
However, returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear beyond fitting, or any signs of washing or use.
We cannot accept (and will not refund) returns for items that are:

Washed or worn beyond fitting

Stained, soiled, or showing visible wear (e.g., pilling, stretched fabric)

Carrying odors (e.g., perfume, deodorant, smoke)

Altered or damaged by the customer

Missing tags or original packaging
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, the return may be rejected and the item may be sent back to you.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at contact@taikostore.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Label
We provide a return shipping label for approved returns:

Exchanges or Store Credit: We’ll cover the cost of the return label (no fee).

Refunds: The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item: If your return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our side, we’ll cover the return label cost and no deduction will be made, regardless of whether you choose a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
